Darren Huston is a Canadian businessman and the president and chief executive officer (CEO). Currently Darren Huston is associated with BlackPines Capital Partners as CEO. BlackPines is an private investment firm which helps owners of private and public companies to optimize the value of their investments.
Career Experience:
In 1998, Darren Huston took the Senior Vice President position at the Seattle based company of Starbucks. He served in this post until 2003.
Huston served as the President and CEO of American giant Microsoft in Japan in 2005. By 2008, he began to run Microsoft’s Consumer and Online business as the company’s Corporate Vice President.
Darren Huston transitioned to Booking.com and became the CEO in 2011. After that, he joined the parent company known as Priceline in 2014. He has contributed much to the economy of the US with companies such as Priceline.
